The Recruitment Manager is responsible for building and managing REIVER’s talent pipeline across coaching, operations, commercial, support and leadership roles.
This is not a passive recruitment admin role. REIVER needs someone who can identify high-quality people, sell the opportunity, protect standards, and make sure hiring decisions are structured, consistent and aligned with the business we are building.
The role sits at the centre of REIVER’s growth: finding people who can perform, fit the culture, and raise the standard around them.
The Head of Delegation — Europe is responsible for leading REIVER’s travelling delegation at European competitions, training camps, showcases and performance events.
This role makes sure the team arrives prepared, organised, safe, informed and professionally represented. It sits between performance, operations, safeguarding, logistics and team leadership.
The role is not just travel coordination. The Head of Delegation is the senior responsible person for the group while deployed, making sure athletes, coaches and support staff are clear on expectations, schedules, conduct, welfare, kit, documentation and event requirements.
They are responsible for creating calm, structure and control in environments that can be pressured, fast-moving and unpredictable.
The Assistant Team Coach (Team GB) supports the preparation, development and performance of athletes selected for Team GB activity, including training camps, competition preparation, European events and international representation.
The role exists to help athletes improve technically, physically and mentally while maintaining the standards expected of a national team environment. It works closely with the Head Coach, Team GB leadership, performance staff and delegation leads to deliver structured coaching support before, during and after events.
This is a development-focused coaching role, but it is not a junior admin position. The Assistant Team Coach is expected to contribute to athlete progression, training quality, team culture and competition readiness.
The role requires someone who can coach with discipline, communicate clearly, support the Head Coach’s performance plan, and help athletes understand what is required to compete at a higher level.
The Athlete Welfare & Safeguarding Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining a safe, disciplined and supportive environment for athletes across REIVER programmes.
The role owns safeguarding processes, welfare escalation, athlete support, conduct concerns, parent/guardian communication where relevant, and welfare risk management at training camps, competitions, European events and wider Team GB-related activity.
You will help protect athletes, coaches and the organisation by making sure welfare standards are clear, concerns are acted on properly, and safeguarding is embedded into the way REIVER operates.
