Team Leader | Coach

Chris is REIVER’s newly appointed Team Leader, bringing leadership focus and operational oversight to the coaching team. 

He plays a critical role in aligning people, standards, and delivery on the ground. Chris is known for setting direction, maintaining discipline, and keeping the team mission-ready.

A Licence / AFF Coach

McKenna is a newly appointed A-Licence coach from the USA, supporting jumpers as they transition from qualification to independence. 

Methodical, supportive, and detail-driven, she brings international experience and a fresh perspective to the REIVER coaching environment.

Academy Instructor

Sofia is an academy instructor responsible for training, coaching, and guiding students through key learning stages. 

She brings clarity, consistency, and an engaging teaching style to the academy environment.

Academy Instructor

Aisha brings a structured and people-centred approach to academy coaching at REIVER. 

With a background in sport education and qualification training, she focuses on clarity, confidence building, and ensuring students grasp core principles before they progress. 

Aisha’s energy and precision make her a trusted guide for learners starting their skydiving journey.

ACP Coach

Jake specialises in Advanced Canopy Piloting progression, focusing on building strong fundamentals and disciplined flying habits. 

His coaching style is direct, technical, and supportive, helping jumpers develop confidence through structure and repetition. 

Jake is known for breaking complex skills into clear, practical steps that accelerate safe progression.

AFF Coach

Sophie works predominantly in AFF instruction, guiding students through the most critical early stages of their skydiving journey. 

Calm under pressure and highly attentive to detail, she creates an environment where students feel supported while maintaining strict safety standards. 

Her focus is on producing capable, self-aware jumpers from day one.

Administrator

Ethan supports the day-to-day running of the business, managing administration, coordination, and internal processes. He plays a key role in keeping operations organised, responsive, and running smoothly behind the scenes.

Ground Crew

Lucas is part of the ground crew team, supporting aircraft operations, equipment handling, and on-site safety. Reliable and detail-focused, he helps ensure every jump day runs efficiently from the ground up.

Events Manager

Maya leads the planning and delivery of REIVER’s events, managing logistics, coordination, and experience from start to finish. She ensures events run seamlessly while maintaining the REIVER standard on and off site.

Site Manager

Nathan oversees on-site operations, safety, and coordination across teams. As Site Manager, he ensures the dropzone environment is organised, compliant, and operating at peak efficiency.

Head of Operations

Domonic leads REIVER’s operational delivery, overseeing day-to-day dropzone performance and ensuring the environment runs safely, efficiently, and to standard. 

He is responsible for translating plans into execution, maintaining the systems and discipline required in a high-tempo operational setting.

His focus is on reliability and control; building processes that allow teams to operate confidently without friction. Domonic’s leadership ensures complex operations remain stable, predictable, and scalable as the organisation grows.

Head of Commercial

Ryan leads REIVER’s commercial strategy, overseeing sponsorship, partnerships, funding, and revenue operations. 

He is responsible for building sustainable growth that supports both performance and long-term development across the organisation.

Working at the intersection of sport and business, Ryan focuses on securing opportunities that elevate the team while protecting REIVER’s standards and identity. His role ensures the commercial engine behind the organisation is disciplined, strategic, and aligned with its competitive ambitions.

Head of Coaching

Katie leads coaching standards and development across REIVER, ensuring instruction is consistent, progressive, and aligned with the organisation’s philosophy. 

She is responsible for coach capability, training frameworks, and the continuous improvement of instructional delivery.

Her focus is on building strong foundations developing coaches who can produce confident, capable skydivers while maintaining high technical standards. Katie’s leadership ensures coaching quality scales with the organisation.

Head of Marketing

Rebecca leads REIVER’s brand, communications, and audience strategy, shaping how the organisation presents itself to the world. 

She is responsible for marketing direction, storytelling, and visibility  ensuring the external identity matches the performance and standards inside the business.

Her focus is on clarity and impact: building a brand that attracts the right people, partners, and opportunities. Rebecca’s work connects commercial growth, community engagement, and reputation into a single, consistent voice.
